The provider and underwriter of pension solutions named Philip Moore as group finance partner, effective immediately. Before joining Pension Corp, Moore was chief finance officer of HM Revenue and Customs.
SILVER LAKE
The technology-focused private equity firm said Hidetaka Fukuda has joined the company as a special advisor. Prior to joining Silver Lake, Fukuda launched e-conservo, a consulting firm.
CAZENOVE CAPITAL MANAGEMENT LTD
The asset management firm promoted Richard Jeffrey to chief investment officer. He will replace Anne West, who will step down from the position in January 2009.
